  • Day 2 of @ww #7daysforeverybody is to share our favorite zero-point food. Because I can’t just choose one, here are a ton of my favorites! Notice I literally have ALL the fruits and veggies 🍎🍌🍇🥦🥕🥒 I love how versatile they are, which is why I also love ground turkey and chicken- the possibilities are endless with these foods! I love the @birdseyevegetables steam veggies (edamame in particular 😋) because they are so quick and easy to make. I add beans to stews and tacos- they add a lot of bulk which fills me up. And finally, the egg 🥚 I’m almost always in the mood for an egg or two either on toast, scrambled with veggies, or sweetened up in some french toast- again, versatile! 🤩🙌🏼 Yummy food doesn’t have to be boring, I promise!

  • Treat last nights - 4 points for cinnamon and raisin bagels with a sliced banana and 8 points for the milkybar buttons which, to be honest, gave me such bad acid reflux 🤢 I’ve not had that for a long time as I’ve not eaten anything so sweet! #treat #ww #wwuk #wwuktreat #wwfooddiary #wwukfooddiary #wwfood

  • I’m about to get ready and go to work until 6. I won’t really be able to eat much at work, so I made this little snack plate of almonds, a beef stick, and an orange for 4sp to tide me over until dinner. Usually when I work on Sundays, I either snack heavily on all the wrong foods or pick up fast food on the way to work. On the @ww program, it’s easier to make good choices for myself and my health. Feeling super strong and motivated today!! Side note: my team, the Kansas City Chiefs, play for the divisional championship tonight! I have an awesome game-night dinner planned.

  • #sundaybreakfast is always my favorite! I get to relax while I sip coffee and decide what I want to have! Today it was eggs(0), toast (2) and my “hammy beans”: ff Refried beans(0), salsa(0), mustard(0) and 2 slices of turkey chopped (0). Delicious and filling!

  • Schon ewig nicht mehr gemacht: Hackpfannkuchen ❤️ Kinners, wat soll ich sagen?! Heute war kein typischer Sonntag. Normalerweise wird da immer auf der Couch gegammelt, aber weil meine Eltern noch da sind, sind wir dann doch alle vor die Tür gegangen. Und zwar sind wir ins Museum für Kunst & Gewerbe gegangen und haben uns dort hauptsächlich die Ausstellung von Otto angesehen. Ist echt cool, ich wusste gar nicht dass der soooo viele coole Bilder gemalt hat. Wer Lust hat und sich dafür interessiert, kann sich gerne meine Story ansehen, da habe ich ein paar Bilder hochgeladen. Es ist aber auch knackig kalt draußen, deshalb sind wir außer im Museum nicht wirklich viel draußen rumgerannt. Jetzt ist doch wieder die Couch dran 🤗 Habt alle einen schönen Sonntag!

  • Whew! I was nervous for this week's weigh in. I had tweaked my back/hip late last week and that really affected my movement this week. I had to take it easy and I think I only hit 10k steps one day this week. I also wasn't the best on plan so I was bracing myself for a gain. So happy that wasn't the case! My back/hip are feeling better so I have no excuse this week not to move. I also joined Planet Fitness last week so I'm excited to get there this week and check it all out. I'd really like to start using some machines to tone up. I want my triceps to stop waving when I do 😂. I'm going to do my best to try to work on my midsection too but after pregnancies and more than a handful of surgeries I'm not sure how well that's going to go. I'm going to meet with the trainer (Ryan - maybe that's a good sign?!) and see what he suggests.
    We're snowed in today so I've got all the time in the world to meal prep. I've got @dwardcooks Chicken Lo Mein and @litecravings Parmesan Mushroom Chicken on the menu. I'm excited to try both!

  • Whew! I was nervous for this week's weigh in. I had tweaked my back/hip late last week and that really affected my movement this week. I had to take it easy and I think I only hit 10k steps one day this week. I also wasn't the best on plan so I was bracing myself for a gain. So happy that wasn't the case!  My back/hip are feeling better so I have no excuse this week not to move. I also joined Planet Fitness last week so I'm excited to get there this week and check it all out. I'd really like to start using some machines to tone up. I want my triceps to stop waving when I do 😂. I'm going to do my best to try to work on my midsection too but after pregnancies and more than a handful of surgeries I'm not sure how well that's going to go. I'm going to meet with the trainer (Ryan - maybe that's a good sign?!) and see what he suggests.
