  • Got these from sams club. The chicken is great, haven’t tried the pulled pork...they are basically just smoked meat & spices, no sauces or added sugars so you can do whatever you want with them. You can have it straight up next to veggies, bbq style, in tacos, in quesadillas, on potatoes, on sandwiches. Love that it’s just ready to go!   • This is perfect for Sunday brunch tomorrow!! Sausage & Egg Pepper bake from @emilybitesblog
    I added a cup of hash browns to the bottom & topped it with 2 slices of Canadian bacon (diced). 2sp per serving!

  • Day 2 of #7DaysForEveryBody is my go-to ZeroPoint food which is hands down eggs!!! 😍🥚🍳 I love eggs because they are so freaking versatile. I love making scrambles, omelettes, egg cups, copycat McGriddles, sandwiches, and anything else I can think of! My favorite egg concoctions are:
    ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    ✨ If I want a 0sp meal: scrambled eggs with spinach and salsa
    ✨ Breakfast prep for the week: egg cups with whatever toppings I put in them (anywhere from 0-2sp)
    ✨ If I want something more indulgent: a copycat McGriddle using my @kodiakcakes recipe for pancakes, american cheese, turkey sausage, sugar free syrup and egg (7sp total)
    ✨ If I want runny yolk (which I often do): over easy eggs on toast with either avocado or peanut butter (usually around 4 or 5sp)

    Experimenting with different egg dishes is how I first started getting creative in the kitchen! 💛
