  • Our cozy, quaint office. This is our meeting space, on the other side of the wall is our office space. It can get crowded quickly here but we are able to share ideas and connect easily.

    We always joke when we are giving directions to someone coming to our office..."go up the big flight of squeaky stairs, if you feel like you're in the wrong place...you are actually on track!" 😂

    Fun fact!! We share an office building with a digital marketing agency//specialty coffee barista company//hair studio//chiropractor//tattoo artist//and more!

  • Day 16 of the #gymshark66challenge with @gymshark . If you cannot already tell from @nicklesnau 's strained smile in the second picture, it was a tough workout today. A huge factor is most likely lack of sleep (from food prepping) and we cheated badly for dinner and grabbed fast food. My goodness after eating healthy for while, bad food really affects your body like crazy!! I experienced the most bloated belly and was so tired today for our workout. My strength was still there, but I really had to push through it today.

    All in all, we made it through and still felt good afterwards, but we will definitely think twice about what we grab on the go next time....

  • legs legs legs 😍💪🏽 !!! Here are little clips from my bomb leg day I had yesterday and let me tell you I am still feeling this one with me right now !! Always such a great feeling when you know you had an amazing workout, just more and more motivation to keep going. .
    . - 4 sets of 10 of Sumo Deadlifts, I was able to load up this weight a little heavier then usual because I really felt I could control it and being in a sumo position just makes me feel that much more confident about lifting heavy. - 4 sets of 10 of 3/4 Pause Squats, with these I dropped the weight of what I normally squat to really have good form and stay i control, I went down to a full squat, held it a second then came 3/4 of the way back up and held it another second and then fully stood up. Let me tell you - I was sweating after this one 💦
    - 3 sets of 12 Weighted Hip Thrusts, with these I try to really concentrate on good form and then squeezing my glutes together at the top - for that great booty pump 🍑
    - 3 sets of 8 (each leg) Bulgarian Split Squats - these I find a little tough for me so I have been adding them into my legs days more frequently to just get stronger at them!

    During the first 4 months of being in Russia I saw how my English level dropped down. Well, for everyone around me it was just perfect, but not for me👌 💡
    Here is what I did and still do to keep it up: 》Talk to my friends in English, FaceTime my international friends 》Read books in English out loud 》Listen to audiobooks in Eng 》Watch YouTube and movies in Eng, repeat what they say (the way they pronounce words) 》Talk to myself, sing in English 》Organize Eng speaking club 》Teach other people English 》Make posts and stories in English 》Learn new words (need to better myself at it) 💡
    So, this is my list. Do you do any of it? Anything else? ~
