    Это колоритное мексиканское блюдо придется по вкусу настоящим мачо и не только. К миньёну здесь добавляются фасоль, помидоры, сладкий перец и яркие пряности: лук, чеснок, жгучий перец чили, отличающееся приятным нежным ароматом и горьковатым вкусом орегано и обладающий жгучим горьковатым вкусом и сильным пряным ароматом тмин. Благодаря необычному сочетанию различных вкусовых оттенков – кислого, острого и сладкого – мясо по-мексикански получается очень вкусным.
    Миньен говяжий400граммов

    фасоль красная 350граммов

    лук репчатый 2головки

    масло растительное 2ст. ложки

    помидоры консервированые в собственном соку300граммов

    чеснок2зубчика

    перец молотый1/2ч. ложки

    перец сладкий красный по вкусу

    орегано сушеное 1/4ч. ложки

    семена тмина 1/4ч. ложки

    соль повкусу

    Лук нарежьте кубиками, слегка обжарьте на масле, положите фарш и тоже обжарьте его до готовности.

    2. Сладкий перец нарежьте соломкой, чеснок мелко порубите.
    3. К фаршу добавьте фасоль вместе с заливкой, помидоры с соком, рубленный чеснок, нарезанный сладкий перец и чили, приправьте орегано, тмином и посолите.
    4. Тушите под крышкой 15 минут. .

  • It hasn’t rained for at least 4 weeks here..but who is counting....veggies were struggling but what has grown from a potato are our sweet potato ... they started off as a potato on the kitchen sink, grew slips then roots and into the ground...this humid weather will enhance new growth and as sweet potato is part of my precomp diet... Grow Baby Grow 💚💚

    Yes am feeling extremely happy today, that I did justice to this authentic dish.. My recipe.. (It took around 1 hr to prepare)
    Soaked tur daal, masoor daal, chana daal, moong daal are soaked overnight (altogether 2 bowls)
    Mutton pieces are #marinated for 2 hours with ginger garlic onion tumeric red chilly paste.. Soaked 2 bowls of #basmatirice for an hour ..
    Needed 3 pressure cookers.. In one added jeera in 2 teaspoon of ghee, onion garlic ginger paste, tumeric & chilli powder, small pieces of pumpkin, #Potato #eggplant added all the lentils (daal), salt, kasturi methi, few mint leaves, home made dhanshak #masala pressure cooked with water.. In another #pressurecooker added, 3 teaspoons of ghee, added #onion garlic ginger paste, mutton pieces, stirred well, added tumeric red chilli powder, fresh #tomato puree, dhanshak masala, salt, pressure cooked with little water.. After lentils with #veggies were cooked, smashed well, mixed the cooked mutton with lentils.. In the 3rd pressure cooker, added 2 teaspoons of ghee, fried fine onion slices, cinnamon stick, star anise, bay leaf, cardamom black pepper nutmeg powder are mixed in little quality, added 2 teaspoons of sugar, caramalized well, added soaked basmati rice, stirred well, added adequate water, salt & cooked it
