    Why aren’t we using normal cocoa powder? For numerous reasons.

    Let us first explain what is this mysterious powder.
    Dutch-process cocoa powder (also sometimes called "alkalized," "European style," or "Dutched") is washed with a potassium carbonate solution that neutralizes cocoa's acidity to a pH of 7. Although all cocoa powders can vary in color from light reddish brown to a richer dark brown, the Dutch process gives the powder a noticeably darker hue.

    Dutch process cocoa has a smoother, more mellow flavor that's often associated with earthy, woodsy notes.

    It is rich in antioxidants, giving numerous benefits such as reduced inflammation, better blood flow, lower blood pressure and improved cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

  • Keto or ketogenic fat bombs are small snacks or treats that are high in fat and low in carbs (so, literally a fat bomb) that you can eat as a quick breakfast, as a quick mid-afternoon snack, as a pre- or after- workout snack, or as extra fuel during your day.

    This one is very quick and easy to make, in my own version I use almond butter instead of peanut butter because almond is more keto than 🥜. It came out yum 😋. Video by @delish

  • Whole30 Day ??? I’ve gotten to the point where I have no clue what day I’m on unless I look at the calendar. That Tiger Blood is STRONG.
    If I’m being honest I’ve felt real good since Day 1. I never experienced the hangover or the Kill All The Things stages. Which believe me, I am SO grateful for.
    I just can’t believe I’m over halfway through my first whole30. It’s flying by so fast! And I feel amazing! Here’s to hoping the next 2 weeks feel as good as it does right now!

  • GALLETAS SUPER FIT en menos de 20min🤩💕

    Para esas tardes de antojo de dulce, estas galletas son una opción perfecta para merendar!! Son mega deliciosas, súper sanas y naturales💪🏻
    .
    INGREDIENTES 👩🏻‍🍳:
    💟2 Bananas (cambur/plátano/como lo llames) hechas pure!
    💟2 tazas de Avena en Hojuelas
    💟1 scoop de proteína de vainilla (o de tu sabor preferido)!
    💟1 pizca de Canela
    💟1 chorrito de Leche de almendras o de tu preferencia!
    💟Coco rayado sin azúcar (puedes usar almendras, pasas o chispas de chocolate sin azúcar también)!

    PROCEDIMIENTO 👩🏻‍🍳:
    ✔️Tritura muy bien la banana con un tenedor en un bowl hasta que quede como un pure, y ve añadiendo resto de los ingredientes secos primero
    ✔️Cuando obtengas una mezcla bien compacta, añade el chorrito de leche (solo un poquito) y mezcla bien otra vez
    ✔️Precalienta el horno a 350, y en un molde previamente engrasado con un poco de spray de aceite de tu preferencia (para evitar que se pegue la mezcla) vierte la mezcla en pequeñas cantidades haciendo la forma de una galletita
    ✔️Aplasta la mezcla con la parte de abajo de una cuchara para que queden bien compactas
    ✔️Y por último, déjalas cocinar por 12-15min hasta que esten doradas y LISTO🙌🏻⚠️
