    How many of you push your body to a point where you have nothing left to give I wonder? Take a leaf out of @nickmitchel training his clients and tell me if you do! What a guy 👏🏼😂

    People often wonder how people they follow on IG look the way they do and the YOU lose confidence in the gym because your not getting the same results.. WORK HARDER!! -
    The fact is.. I see many members pushing it but not to an extreme level. Start by changing the mindset, from good to GREAT. -
    Here’s me training with Elite trainer @raym1ndo after doing near on 20 sets of squats and leg press, we finished with some Eccentric loading (you can not see, but Simon is pushing like FUCKKK out of leg press on to me, having to push it back up with sheer force and drive)!! Ouch.. 🤭

    Online coaches shoot PTs down and say “no need for a PT” “PTs are not value for money” -
    When In fact, here is my view. I’ve spent thousands of pounds to get a better understanding on training and people philosophy’s and have learnt from some of the best in the industry. Not just bought a template and sold it on the internet for £80. Do the maths.. you walk in to Vauxhall, you can expect to walk out and feel ok and it will last but you’ll want an upgrade at some point. Would you walk out of Bentley and feel the same 🤔

    Yes, online training can be cheaper (Can be) but these are generic programmes. -
    A good online Coach will charge 100s per month. Because they do spend there time individualising and tailoring there programmes for you. -
    The same goes for Personal Training. By investing more money/time into yourself and a decent coach, they WILL help you achieve your goal quicker and teach you the science behind it so you can then go on to do it yourself. -
    I know what i would rather invest in. There’s great coaches in both fields. Be careful who you trust. 👌🏼

    Rule No1. Stop listening to people that you aren’t gaining from. -
    TAG someone who Pushes you out of comfort zone! Then TAG someone you watch that Educates and inspires you @grenadejay @maximuslambus 👊🏼
