    Shout-out to me for landing a PB on the leg press, 350kg (772lbs) for 8 reps at a bodyweight of 75kg (165lbs). 🏆
    .
    This was my 4th set on the leg press, adding weight each set, and you can see that I was at my absolute limit here.
    .
    The harsh reality of strength/hypertrophy training is that if you want to progress with the highest degree of efficiency, you gotta find that limit as often as your body will let you. You gotta be willing to go to those scary dark places and find those last few reps. 💪
    .
    Listen to your body, your physical limit can vary day to day for a number of reasons, but so long as you commit to hitting that limit consistently, there will be progress. 👌

    Taking only one breath and being as fast as possible whilst trying to keep my best technique. (improvised a squat rack too 😅) I've been working on increasing strength focusing on technique with lower weights than what I am used to. Applied the little I learned from my past hypoxic trainings to my strength trying to use oxygen effectively and efficiently.

    Currently training less but better, taking no supplements and yet feeling stronger and nimbler than ever.

  • Okay so who obsessed with @poshmark!? I have been searching for this @aerie bralette for at least a year and finally found it in MY SIZE! I found it at @tjmaxx a few months back but it was a medium and I just couldn't bring myself to buy it since I knew it wouldn't fit. They also have @nike wedges for women which will be my next purchase because I've been on the lookout for those too! 👏🏻
