  • C'est la publication la plus dur à poster pour moi, la première mais il faut bien un commencement.
    Il y a quelques mois je n'etais pas comme ça, je n'avais pas ce poids et ce Corp qui me fait honte !
    J'ai vécu une période difficile et je me suis réfugier dans la nourriture. Aujourd'hui je me réveille et le réveille est douloureux. Mais je ne vais pas me laisser abattre ! Je me reprend en mains ! Si tu n'aime pas quelques choses change le ! Et ce Corp, je ne l'aime pas, je ne le supporte pas alors je vais le changer, je vais le modifier, je vais enfin le façonner comme j'ai toujours voulu qu'il soit, parce que j'en ai marre de regarder des fitgirl et de me dire "Ho j'aimerais bien être comme ça". Maintenant je vais devenir la personne que je veux être parce que tel que je suis aujourd'hui je ne m'aime pas ! C'est dur pour moi de partager ça, des complexes immenses qui sont très dur à avouer et à réalisé aussi.
    Mais je sais qu'en partageant ici, ça me donne une motivation supplémentaire pour réussir !
    Cette fois je veux vraiment voir ce que ça fait si je n'abandonne pas !
    Mes résolution 2019 seront tenu ! Plus d'excuses !

  • Struggling to make progress towards your goals this year? .
    A lot of the time, our issue is lack of PLANNING. We run after our goals full of HOPE but without slowing down for a sec to actually plan our week out. Remember: hope is not a plan.     Workouts - WHEN are you going to workout? Schedule your workouts in — don’t just wait around for when you’re feeling motivated to do them! Schedule them like an appointment, and keep that appointment!

    WATER - How are you going to keep yourself accountable to drinking water? I HIGHLY recommend getting a BIG water bottle (30oz+) and keeping it next to you ALL day. Create the habit of taking sips every 15-20 minutes!

    NUTRITION - How are you going to make healthy eating EASY for you this week? Meal prepping? Frozen meals? Crock pot? WHAT’S THE PLAN? Waiting for each day to come and deciding what to eat in the moment is a sure fire way to FAIL. If you don’t have a plan for nutrition, it will NOT go well this week - I guarantee it! Take the time to plan your meals and snacks out for this upcoming week, and your nutrition will be SO much more on point!
