  • Do you prefer your cardio in the gym or outside?
    Mine is always outside playing sports, beach walks and my favourite going for a trek.
    No matter where I'm doing my cardio @optimumnutrition.au always have my back!

    85kg vs 103kg. Night before the Arnold’s vs the day after a Nando’s.

    Bodyfat is a thing that can mask what you look like. It’s hard to look beyond it especially when you’re natural. You can be 20kg heavier but look 5kg lighter. It hides shapes it makes you look soft... but guess what? It’s what GAINS tissue. More weight, more leverage, more volume, more hypertrophy.

    Yes there’s a point of diminishing returns but I’m one to argue you need to push very close to that line to maximise your potential to accrue tissue.

    Getting ‘fat’ in an off season doesn’t mean you need to START your prep fat. Instead you can go through a ‘prep before the prep’. A phase which will pull you into an optimal position to start a cut. Because if you’re way up there in bodyfat you have no business beginning a prep as there’s just too much to lose it becomes a fight against losing tissue.

    Be smart with your push ups and don’t be afraid to pull down. I’m a big fan of pushing up and pulling back throughout an off-season to really dance across that magic line of remaining sensitive to your variables and pushing the boundaries.

    Attention là ouverture d'un débat ... C'est vraiment une question que je me pose, et je suis peut être pas le seul mec à me la poser ❗️ Quand je vois un gars à la salle qui fait mal (et risque de se faire mal), si il a l'air motivé et sympa, je lui propose si il veut un conseil (oui car je suis le mec sympa 😁) . C'est simple ❗️⠀

    Mais pour une fille, dans les mêmes conditions, je me demande toujours comment ça va être pris : pour ce que c'est (donc juste une aide d'un individu à un autre) ou pour le gros mec qui vient faire chier la petite débutante 😡 , ou pour le dragueur de service ...😅⠀
