    Último hábito que deberías tener en este año 2019, tomar más agua. Lo ideal es que apenas de levantes tomes 1 o 2 vasos de agua. Luego durante todo el día mantente hidratado con agua. Ten una botella de agua en tu escritorio para recordarte de hacer pequeñas pausas para tomar agua. .
    Antes de salir de tu casa, acuérdate de llevar tu botella de agua. .
    Antes de cada comida, toma un vaso de agua. .
    Tomar agua a parte de mantenernos hidratados, nos ayuda a controlar el hambre. Ya que muchas veces la sensación de hambre se confunde con la sensación de sed. .

  • Сегодня я не ездила в гости и не приглашала гостей, взяла и просто приготовила красивый и вкусный салат под названием "Гранатовый браслет". Готовила его я первый раз, столько много ингредиентов, разнообразность вкусов во рту. Мне понравился😊. Кто ел или готовил этот салат, делитесь впечатлениями. Ну а кто не пробовал и хочет приготовить, ловите рецептик👇

    Салат "Гранатовый браслет"

    Ингредиенты:
    *отварная кур.грудка;
    *отварная свекла 1 шт;
    *отварная марковь 2 средних;
    *отварной картофель 2 шт;
    *вареное яйцо 3 шт;
    *пассированый лук;
    *грецкий орех обжареный, рубленый 150гр;
    *зерна 1ого большого граната;
    *соль, перец, майонез.

    Приготовление:
    В середину тарелки ставим стакан.Все ингредиенты трутся на крупной терке, курица режется кубиками или мелкой соломкой. Начинаем выкладывать все слоями, смазывать майонезом, подсаливать и перчить свежемолотым перцем. После формирования салат посыпать зернами и вытаскиваем стакан. Салату лучше дать постоять, пропитаться.
