  • Do you struggle to forgive others or let go? Practicing forgiveness towards those who have wronged you is not a weakness - it is another way for you to prioritise your self-care and dissolve what is not serving you.

    There is an old Emmet Fox exercise to help reduce resentment. He advises that you sit quietly, somewhere relaxing, close you eyes and allow your mind and body to release. You imagine yourself in a dark theatre, with a small stage. You then picture the person you resent most, living or dead. When you see this person clearly you then visualise GOOD things happening to this person, until you seen them smiling and HAPPY. You then hold this image for a few minutes and let it fade away. You can then take their place on the stage and imagine GOOD things happening to YOU and visualise yourself smiling and happy. You then carry out this exercise daily until you feel your resentment fade away... ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

  • Do you ever feel like time is slipping through your fingers? Overwhelmed by everything that you try to cram into your day? I feel ya!....Well I used to. I actually remember saying " I feel like I am running a race through quicksand" ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ How's that for using words and metaphors in the worst way possible ๐Ÿคฃ

    Thank goodness since then I have learnt some amazing tricks to actually control how I perceive & experience time. I've learnt to create space in my life to be present and enjoy the things I love most, while at the same time getting more achieved then ever before โœŒ๐Ÿผ
