    Nepovinna vybava aka vyber si zeleninu aku chces. Tieto komba som skusala cely tyzden a jazde jedno je super

    Masko urobim zvlast, len sol, korenie.
    Medzi tym si nachystajte zeleninu aku chcete. Omacku som robila vzdy tak, ze som zmiesala kombinaciu arasidoveho masla, sojovky, 1 cajovej lyzicky cukru, a hoisin sauceu a dala som trosku vody a vymiesala. Dala som robit rezance, kt sa varia 5 min. A nasledovala magia:
    Na oleji (pouzivam chilli olej) opecte cibulku. Pridajte zeleninu a pekne 5 minut opekajte. Prihodte hotove masko. Uvarene rezance. Zalejte omackou, cele to spojte a pekne prehrejte. Sup do taniera. Limetka. Koriander. Vuala. .

    Here's the truth: you can eat any food you want and still lose fat. You can also eat any food you want and gain body fat (I doubt you wanna do that). ⠀

    The reason both of the above statements are true is because of a law called energy balance: ⠀
    •⠀
    (Calories consumed) - (Calories burned) = Weight gain/loss.⠀
    •⠀
    And while it makes a lot of sense to eat mostly healthy foods like berries, spinach, chicken breast, melon, asparagus and bananas… you can eat some Oreos and a slice of pizza every now and then so long as you are not eating too many calories.⠀
    •⠀
    Above are 12 of my favorite foods when dieting for fat loss. They're filling, tasty, and nutrient dense. As long as calories are controlled, I can eat any of them in reasonable quantities.⠀
    •⠀
    EVERY food in moderation can also be “the best” (unless you are allergic, or something) so don’t be a headline reader - always look for the depth hidden in the caption, and eat according to your preferences and goals.⠀

    ⚠️ Lets talk ➡️ Your relationship with food. Is your Monday to Friday ‘perfectly strict’ and weekends an absolute train wreck⁉️ In the dieting world a restricted Monday-Friday and blow out Saturday-Sunday pattern is a common vicious cycle 🔄 and indicates a poor relationship with food. Essentially dieters consider food in two categories either good or bad and anything falling into the ‘bad’ category is usually what indies the diet and is consumed in uncontrolled portions when the diet is too restrictive! ✅ Your body recognises your intake on a periodic basis which is why no matter whether or not it’s the weekend or how ‘clean’ you ate during the week - it still counts and may be hindering your results.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    💡 Consider this, if you’re consuming just over 1200 calories Monday - Thursday followed by a 9000 calorie Friday onwards of dine out meals, sweets, take out, cheat meals, alcohol etc = then despite your ‘clean weekdays’ your weekly daily average is STILL 1900.
