  • Trained back, flexed biceps 🤷‍♀️. Today was the first day of another semester so it's time to cut back my gym time and focus on getting those A's! Lifting is important but school is importanter ;)

  • These days, it feels like it’s harder than ever to eat the “right” way, or know what the “right” amount is. .
Social media is saturated with info and everyone’s two cents claiming they have the answer.

I, personally, have felt so lost where I just get overwhelmed and, in turn, my eating habits are all over the place 😱

Coming from someone who struggled with disordered eating habits for years.. I think the most important thing to do is to LISTEN to YOUR body.... Not Natale’s, not his, not hers, not anybody else’s. YOURS.

How do you feel after eating that certain thing? Not too great? Then probably shouldn’t eat too much of it very often. Feel great and energized? Awesome! Keep that around more. Still hungry (and no not bored but actually hungry) ? Then eat a nutritious snack. Feel full? Stop eating, get out of the kitchen, and do something else. Trying to lose weight? Consciously down on the crap. Trying to gain muscle? Eat more of the healthy stuff.

This should be simple people, don’t overthink it. .
I’ve done sooo many meal plans and “diets”. Meal prepping is A TON of work and diets don’t last.

I’m happy to say that I’ve finally found a system that works and fits conveniently in my busy schedule. 🙏🏼 If this is something you need help with, DM me and let’s chat about it🤗
