- Been cooling my jets and getting my head on straight this last week, starting to feel myself again 😀👌. Struggled with leg day on Friday, tight hamstring led to knee twinges. So I backed out, sometimes the best thing to do is step back and let your body dictate. It was my second session that day anyway 😝. I like to make sure to have at least 1 session per week to stretch. Mobility is important as well as strength 👍. Should have done this days ago to sort out my hammy and keep everything else in good order. Eventually got my butt in gear and sorted it today 😁. Forgive any postural errors, I'm not a professional 😝. A killer sports massage is recommended if you exercise often too. I can't afford to go as much as I'd like but 2nd time my hammy has seized in the last few weeks so I might have to find the money 🤔😁. Organised myself a killer new ab program too as I'm running out of sessions to use at the gym 😁😁. Can't wait to try that out 😍😎. Noticing a flatter tummy and some more arm and quad definition this week so feeling good👍. Remember to take care of your mind and body, and they will take care of you x 😘
