- #motivationmonday ...on the road to a handstand! Since having a c-section, learning to engage the abs has been a long learning and healing process...even to this day if I hit abs too hard my scar will hurt. Doing yoga has been a much better option for me to strengthen my core...I don’t take classes. I just push and feel my body to its limits. Fall over 20 times to master a head stand for even if one second! It’s a win in my book! Learning to engage the whole body for the balance and strength needed to nail a handstand!
