    Huge shout-out to @thevanillagorilla92 - The last few years the cartilage in my body - and mostly my hips has been deteriorating to geriatric level. And the last year the hip labrums have become painful to the point it’s hard to walk after sitting. This sport is more about consistent effort over many, many years - finding ways to keep working. I would be done if I didn’t use the suit and shirt to support my hip and shoulder labrums. And even lately the pain is coming through in the gear. People will tell me to back off and “be smart”. But being smart and conservative would have never landed me as the only person in IPF History to squat 1,100+ lbs and bench 900+ lbs. - let alone in the same competition. Huge shout-out to @thevanillagorilla92 -  The last few years the cartilage in my body - and mostly my hips has been deteriorating to geriatric level. And the last year the hip labrums have become painful to the point it’s hard to walk after sitting. This sport is more about consistent effort over many, many years - finding ways to keep working. I would be done if I didn’t use the suit and shirt to support my hip and shoulder labrums. And even lately the pain is coming through in the gear. People will tell me to back off and “be smart”. But being smart and conservative would have never landed me as the only person in IPF History to squat 1,100+ lbs and bench 900+ lbs. - let alone in the same competition.
