    🍇Omakase (Japanese: お任せ Hepburn: o-makase) is a Japanese phrase that means "I'll leave it up to you" (from Japanese "to entrust")
    🍇Customers ordering omakase style expect the chef to be innovative and surprising in the selection of dishes, and the meal can be likened to an artistic performance by the chef.

    each and every guest is seated at the bar and personally served by their Bar Director @kevinbyunghun serving his own
    homemade liqueur and vermouth tastings alongside your custom cocktails. 🍇 There is no menu, only a list of carefully chosen ingredients from local farmers markets used to design your cocktail.
