- This is day 28, 4 weeks. Have I noticed a change? Not so much physically...But I also will admit that I haven't been as disciplined as I need to be, especially with eating and drinking. And then there was illness and allergic reactions....
BUT the changes I did see after 4 weeks? That, YES, I am the only one who will see...
*pushing myself to be accountable everyday, even when days suck *making myself move whenever I'm able, bundling up to go ONE mile, IN THE CAR, to the gym because it's THAT frigid cold out *pushing my comfort zone....I cannot believe I took a pic in these leggings, much less posted it. They make me look even BIGGER than I am, and show ALL my lumps and bumps.. I'm thick and round enough as it is (this is why I generally ONLY post in my gray leggings that are slimming or shorts that cut right at the "problem")
*realizing that even though the scale is ONLY down 1.5 pounds I'm also less bloated and seeing a little toning
*being more and more ok without filters, even post workout sweaty gym pics, while still having fun with them at times. NO filters used in any of these pics
*wholely determined to see bigger changes by week 8!!!!!
12 week transformation body and mind....
Day 28: 45 min elliptical, slowly moving up again with the plank... I'll get back to lifting tomorrow
