  • What is wrong with the “ideal” image of fitness? 🤷🏻‍♀️


    The first photo here is of me one day out from a show.
    I felt great, but I was in an unsustainable caloric deficit to get there.
    TMI, but my cycle was all over the place.
    I was dreaming of the donut cake I got to have for my birthday.
    This photo was after 20 weeks of dieting for my show.

    The second photo is of me 5 weeks into this prep.
    Eating enough for my body still 16 weeks out.
    My cycle is completely normal.
    I’m still able to eat what I want to eat.
    This is me 16 weeks out from a show. At a healthy body weight for me. Physically my strongest I have ever been.

    What is wrong with the ideal fitness image is that almost anyone who has “the” body has had to push themselves to unnatural means to get there.
    I LOVE this sport. I LOVE the mental and physical challenge.
    But what I don’t love is the need society has to put pressures on others to look “lean and ripped” when for most, it requires unsustainable measures and a not-so-fun lifestyle.

    So what does the “ideal” image of fitness look like?
    It is individual.
    It is when YOU FEEL your happiest, healthiest and STRONGEST.
    It is NOT someone else’s journey.

    Let’s love our bodies and what health and fitness looks like for us. 💕💪🏼

  • Okay friends update time !!
    So over these past two weeks my coach @b.btraining had me on a “mini-cut” to try and get a base idea of where I’m currently sitting with my body —
    Week 1 went well! I felt good, it was an adjustment switching to such low carbs when I’m normally used to a high carb diet but I surprised myself to how well I was pushing through and still killing my workouts.
    Week 2 was a bit different... I started to notice I was having some internal body issues. My digestive system seem to have take a hit, however it wasn’t so much of a surprise because I was aware that something like this could happen.
    Even switching to healthy foods and clean eating, you can notice and experience negative reactions because it’s not what your body is used to. But that’s where you take note of everything your experiencing then and allow yourself to learn from what your body is telling you. I’m slowly pushing through and getting it figured out because for me it’s one of my main purposes to why I decided to do this prep, I want to be able to walk away with more answers vs. questions.
    & unfortunately to get those answers, you have to go through some of the ugly and bad parts to really know and understand your body.
    So take the time. Put in the effort. Take all extra precautions. Take notes. And learn!
    Learn everything there is to know about you and your body. Because once you do, anything is possible.

    Overall I’m so happy with how much progress I’ve made! Since I started this entire prep I’ve gained a solid 15lbs of muscle 💪🏼 I’m getting so much closer to my goal which is fuelling my ambition to keep going stronger!

  • Crazy to think my show is in 70 days. 70 DAYS! •

    I'll be completely honest as shit. The last week I have done nothing but cut myself down, cry and say, "you'll never look stage ready. You'll never look like the other girls." You see other girls prepping the same time as you and you look at yourself saying "Well, wtf?" •

    I've been acting like a robot, eating the same things, taking the same supplements, going to the gym everyday, etc, etc, and yet I feel so far behind. I guess this is what happens though when you're weeks out from your show... SELF DOUBT. My friend (who I can't tag 😂) told me ONLY 5% of the population can actually make it through to compete on stage. •

    I honestly did not know this. But I'm gonna make it and be in that 5% no matter how much I cry and get upset ✌

    Sono andato giù pesante perché quello che voglio e ho sempre voluto, è che le persone non siano una semplice apparenza, ma una foto identifichi una realtà.

    Io sono contro tutto ciò che modifichi anche parzialmente la realtà. .
    La percezione sbagliata di noi stessi, quella che ci porta a omettere verità è nascondere ogni sorta di difetto mediante una falsa prospettiva, non crea sicurezze ma ci porta a essere succubi e schiavi del giudizio degli altri.

    Oggi abbiamo iniziato a creare la vera Eleonora.
    Un Eleonora forte, con una struttura fisica che non potrà mai passare inosservata.
    .
    Quando la perfezione è palese, non può essere omessa.

    Spalle fianchi e vita completamente riproporzionati, struttura armoniosa e addome ben visibile.
    .
    Oggi @eleferretti91 inizia a ridefinire un corpo che non avrà eguali.
    1.80 di donna consapevole e reale.
