    Back to my normal self practice. I love both self practice and Mysore class. I learn to know my own body, breath and movement from self pactice. And I learn to know them more when teachers give me advice and adjustment in Mysore class.
    กลับมาอยู่กับตัวเองอีกครั้ง ท่านี้ตอนฝึกที่เกาะหมาก ไม่สามารถกลิ้งได้เต็มที่เพราะปูเสื่อติดกับคนอื่นแบบใกล้มากๆ บางวันก็ได้ที่ติดกับผนังห้อง แต่ก็ยังชอบการฝึกที่เกาะหมากอยู่ ปีหน้าไปอีกแน่นอน

  • I have so much to say about this group and this class, and we have 6 more days to go. 😁

    For now here’s a lovely group photo after our Primary Led class today. It’s the most intense and energetic (the quiet type) 90 minutes of yoga i’ve had. To be in the midst of practitioners and teachers for 5, 10, 20 years is something I never asked for but happened because of @annadromeda 😂
    Learning a lot through correction (Teacher Mo: Straight legs!!) and listening to lecture about yoga as a tradition and practice. 🖤
    6 more days and the real practice begins. ☺️😬 #monila2019 #ashtanga #ashtangayoga #thatthingcalledashtanga #yoga

  • Vaknade dagen med ashtanga vinyasa idag. Sakta kommer uddiyana bandha på plats igen. Att det ska vara så svårt... ACCEPTANS är viktigt i yogan och att ta sin yoga till början, backa hitta mitt stopp, acceptera det och andas i det motstånd som finns. Man får tänka att man andas sig förbi stoppet och att det är den acceptansen och andningen som tar dig längre intr själva rörelsen.
