Continuing from my last post.. I talked about a vegan diet and digestive issues and how so many factors can come into it 🌱

I have noticed that if I'm bloated, fasting helps a lot! Your digestive system needs a break every now and then! If I wake up and my digestion isn't feeling right then I'll often fast until around lunch time..
Also soaking your legumes, grains, nuts and seeds breaks down phytic acid making them easier to digest and absorb minerals such as iron, zinc and calcium (you can also buy activated nuts, they are more expensive) Google the best way to soak them!
Most of all learn to listen to your body 🙏

🌱 Raise of consciousness 🌱 Became more selfless 🌱 Can eat dessert for breakfast now 😉
