  • “Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today...” I love this reminder. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in the past or things that have happened that we stay there instead of moving forward. Today I encourage you to make that shift forward. Move past what happened yesterday use it as a tool to help you grow! .

    Also, this quote is surrounded by my favorite supplement drink Ningxia red - so i see it every single day.   • Like I said, #February will be my RESET month. I literally have been eating like CRAP. Due to that I’ve been feeling like crap. So I would like to set some #goals for myself. .

    •Cut #Carbs
    •Eat less meat
    •Eat smaller meals
    •Try new meals
    •Eat breakfast
    •Cut bad “snacks”
    •Cut fast food! (I’m so over it) .
