  • Im learning how important and imperative it is to have your own say in your own life. What I mean is that you don't have to allow to anything or anyone to have a home in your story that diminishes, affects, or discourages your journey simply because you feel obligated to do so. It's okay to do what's best for you, and though that never comes at the expense of another person, it comes by truly understanding that what you allow in your life ultimately shapes the course of your well-being, and you are worth your best choices. It's okay to cut ties with what is familiar and with the things that don't grow you in order to achieve your "best" you. Not everything and everyone is meant to stay, and that's okay. I'm looking at this year with a whole new approach. May you have the courage to treat yourself with the same respect you live to give to others :) Everyday is your choice!
